Tell Governor Walker It’s Time to Sever the Early Innovator Grant Agreement Written by Kirsten Tuesday, 13 December 2011 13:38 Members of the Wisconsin 9/12 Project were pleased to see on November 30th that Governor Walker had listened to informed citizens and ordered the rescission of Emergency Rule 1117. The rule brought the state into compliance with provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA, aka Obamacare). While we’re still watching the situation carefully and awaiting the actual rescission, we thank and applaud Governor Walker for making an excellent first step in truly protecting the State of Wisconsin and its citizens against egregious federal overreach and beginning to restore greater integrity to the 26-state lawsuit challenging Obamacare’s constitutionality. However, the battle to protect Wisconsin in the healthcare arena is not yet over. Wisconsin has still not returned $49 million in federal Obamacare grant funds that it accepted in February. We know that $38 million of the total was an Early Innovator Grant (EIG), provided for the express purpose of building a PPACA-compliant healthcare exchange. The Rock River Patriots will be having a meeting this Friday December 9th at 6pm in Fort Atkinson at the Dwight Foster Library in Fort Atkinson.  The Dwight Foster Library is located at 209 Merchants Avenue. At this meeting, we will have our “year in review” discussing some of our accomplishments this year.  We also welcome State Senator Frank Lasee to talk about his candidacy for U.S. Senate.  This will be the last meeting of they year, and should not to be missed. This bill has passed the Senate.   Call your Representative and tell them to vote against this bill until the provisions that will give clear congressional support and authorization for indefinite military detention and military trial of American citizens is removed from the bill. This is the amount of money that the Federal Reserve has doled out to the major global banks from 2007 through 2010. Over 16 trillion! Trillion! Dollars……strike that, I mean Federal Reserve Notes. There was no vote, no public debate, simply a private corporation printing money the American taxpayer will be held accountable for, and handing it out to their global banking cartel friends. The global banking cartel now lends out that money to countries like Greece, Italy, Spain, etc. and creates a massive sovereign debt issue in those countries. Bottom line, those governments and countries are now beholden to the central banks. They are bought and paid for. Now add the passage of the new law that allows the POTUS to declare any American he wants as a terrorist or enemy of the state and that person will now be arrested by the MILITARY, incarcerated by the MILITARY, and can be held indefinitely without trial, representation, or due process. Every single libertarian-independent Tea Party and every single Occupy protester, organizer, leader had better pay attention to this, because both of our groups are about to be taken out along with any other potential voice of dissent. Below is a video from Alex Jones regarding the feds desire to ban his film THE OBAMA DECEPTION saying it was the reason the man shot at the White House recently.  I encourage everyone to watch the film.  It never advocates for violence of any kind.  This is a way to move the dialogue of those critical of the “globalist elite / central banksters” as being crazy and motivated to commit acts of violence. No matter what you think of Alex Jones, this should scare everyone.  As we have written previously, this is a tool to paint advocates of liberty and fidelity to the Constitution as “extremists”.  The change from using the term “terrorist” to the now commonly used term “extremist” is deliberate.  It is an important step in bringing the full power of the Patriot Act to bear on those critical of the Fed and advocates of freedom, sound money, big government,  etc… By  implying that people watching films like THE OBAMA DECEPTION are motivated to violence, they are essentially now calling these people “terrorists”.  After all, according to their definition,  isn’t that what terrorists are?  Terrorists are people / groups motivated by ideology to commit acts of violence….

Your help is needed NOW.   The Office of the Commissioner of Insurance (OCI) for Wisconsin has forwarded an emergency order to Gov. Walker that would begin Wisconsin’s compliance with ObamaCare. I have no idea what the motivation is behind it, but WE MUST STOP IT. Please call Gov. Walker TODAY at 608-266-1212 and let him know Wisconsin wants absolutely nothing to do with ObamaCare.   If you don’t believe me, take a look at the attached Emergency Rule for yourself and count how many times it refers to the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” (ObamaCare) and “45 CFR 147.136”. Tell Gov. Walker to send back the $49 million in Early Innovator Grant Funds.
