Rock River Patriots Meeting Friday January 9th – CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER

I regret to inform all of you planning to attend the Rock River Patriots Meeting tomorrow night, January 9th, 2015, that the meeting has been cancelled due to the weather.  We received notice that many people were not going to be able to attend because of the bad weather. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.   We hope to see you all in February at our next meeting!  

Rock River Patriots Meeting Thursday November 13th In Lake Mills

Meeting Change Notice The Rock River Patriots are having a meeting on Thursday November 13th at 6:00pm in Lake Mills at the Lake Mills Public Library located at 120 E. Madison Street.  Please note the change of date and location due scheduling conflicts. At this meeting, we welcome documentary filmmaker Colin Gunn to discuss his newest film, “Wait till it’s free” which focuses on the healthcare crisis in America. Gunn Productions website writes about “Wait till It’s Free”: A provocative documentary film that takes a hard and honest look at the way we do healthcare in America.  The film looks at everything from the escalating cost of health insurance to the move towards the disaster of socialized medicine. We hope to see you all there!

Rock River Patriots Meeting This Friday October 10th

The Rock River Patriots will be having a meeting at 6pm this Friday October 10th at the Rock Lake Baptist Church in Lake Mills, Wisconsin.  The Rock Lake Baptist Church is located at 191 E. Pine Street (near the McDonalds). At this meeting, we welcome back author of the book, “Miracles in the Mountains”.    “J.C.” will briefly review some of the key points from his last presentation, and continue on sharing new material on ISIS.  “J.C.” has a unique insight into the area, people, and culture as he spent most of his life in Northern Iraq.  This is a presentation you do not want to miss! “J.C” will also be speaking on Saturday October 11th at the Church in the Barn in Fort Atkinson Wisconsin at 4:00 pm.  This material will be different from the material shared on Friday night.  Church in the Barn is located at W6789 Westphal Lane in Fort Atkinson, WI  53538. Rock River Patriots Meeting Friday September 12

The Rock River Patriots will be having a meeting in Johnson Creek at the Comfort Suites at 6:00pm on September 12th.  The Comfort Suites are located at 725 Paradise Ln in Johnson Creek, WI (located just west of the Johnson Creek Outlet Mall). At this meeting we welcome author and columnist Dr. Greg Evensen as our special guest speaker.  Dr. Evensen will be speaking about “America Under Siege”. About Dr. Evensen Dr. Greg Evensen is an award winning Kansas State Trooper, has served in the US Army, was a Kansas Marshal, educator, author, professional vocalist, former national radio host, and is the CEO of Risk Assessment Consultants, LLC. Greg earned his doctorate in Criminal Justice in 1980, with a dissertation entitled “Security in America: Are we secure?” He also authored “The Sovereignty Papers” which is a recorded compilation of his essays, “Watching from the Ramparts,” a teaching historical overview, recorded two inspirational vocal CD’s, “Hymns from the Heartland” and “After the Storm.” Greg has hosted numerous events and has been a featured speaker for patriotic conferences across our nation. Most recently he hosted “A Patriot’s Field of Dreams” in Jefferson City, Missouri. We hope to see you all there.

The Rock River Patriots will be having a meeting this Friday August 8th at 6:00pm in Fort Atkinson at the Dwight Foster Library Community Room.  The Dwight Foster Library is located at 209 Merchants Ave. At this meeting we will discuss current events, initiatives, and the upcoming primary elections.   We hope to see you all there!

Rock River Patriots Meeting Friday July 11th

We hope everyone had a great July 4th Holiday, and reflected of the spirit of Independence that made us a great nation! The Rock River Patriots will be having a meeting in Fort Aktinson this Friday July 11th at 6:00pm.  We will be meeting in the community room of the Dwight Foster Library located at 209 Merchants Ave. At this meeting we will discuss current events and initiatives.  We we welcome two special guest speakers: We welcome Cody Horlacher, a candidate for the 33rd Assembly District.  Cody wanted to introduce himself and answer any questions we may have.  Cody is currently an Assistant District Attorney for Walworth County.  Cody graduated from Marquette Law School and UW-Whitewater Business School.  While at Marquette, Cody was on the board of the Federalist Society. The Federalist Society is an organization dedicated to conservative issues in the law, among them, States’ Rights and the 10th Amendment.  Furthermore, he Chaired the Walworth County Republican Party before attending law school.  When Cody was Chair of the UW-Whitewater College Republicans, he hosted the first Tea Party events on campus. Rock River Patriots Meetings for May & June

This is a notice regarding the May 9th & June 13th meetings.  Because of events happening at the Fort Atkinson library, we are changing the location of the May and June meetings to the Rock Lake Baptist Church in Lake Mills.  The address is 191 E Pine Street.  This is about 3 blocks from McDonalds.  They have an entrance on the back of the building.   As always, we will discuss current events and initiatives, and have something else that you will be interested in.
