VOTE ON APRIL 4TH FOR WI SUPREME COURT AND THE BAIL AMENDMENTS

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT YOU VOTE ON APRIL 4TH, 2023 FOR WI SUPREME COURT.  FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE HEARD DANIEL KELLY SPEAK AT A RECENT MEETING OR ANOTHER EVENT, YOU KNOW HE IS THE REAL DEAL.  FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT, THERE IS PLENTY OF FOOTAGE OF HIM ONLINE.  THERE IS REALLY NO COMPARISON BETWEEN HIM AND JANET.  DANIEL KELLEY IS NEEDED BACK ON THE WI SUPREME COURT. THERE ARE ALSO AMENDMENTS RELATED TO BAIL ON THE BALLOT.  CURRENTLY, THE ONLY CONSIDERATION JUDGES CAN USE IN SETTING BAIL IS THE LIKELIHOOD THAT  THE DEFENDANT WILL APPEAR FOR FUTURE COURT APPEARANCES.  MANY REPEAT OFFENDERS ARE CONTINUALLY RELEASED BECAUSE OF THIS POLICY.  THE BAIL AMENDMENTS SEEK TO CHANGE THAT BY ALLOWING JUDGES TO LOOK AT MANY FACTORS TO DETERMINE BAIL FOR A DEFENDANT.  THESE ARE NEEDED AMENDMENTS. FINALLY, IN A TIME OF MASSIVE INFLATION, SCHOOL DISTRICTS DON’T NEED MORE MONEY.  VOTE DOWN ANY SCHOOL DISTRICT REFERENDUMS SEEKING TO COVER INCREASED SPENDING.

VOTE FEBRUARY 21ST, 2023 IN THE SPRING PRIMARY

MUST WATCH: WI SUPREME COURT CANDIDATE FORUM

This is a must watch Candidate Forum hosted by wispolitics.com which gives a good overall view of the candidates.  The two liberal candidates, Judge Janet Protasiewicz and Judge Everett Mitchell, can be fast forwarded thru if you are short on time. In our view, for the conservative side of the aisle, and any pro freedom minded person, it really shows the difference between former Justice Dan Kelley, and Judge Jennifer Dorow.  Jennifer is no doubt a very nice person.  The Patriots had an opportunity to meet and speak with her last month at our meeting.  However, as this debate shows, she is not ready for the big leagues.  Much of her responses, if not all, were read from a binder sitting on the table in front of her.  Dan Kelly, however, demonstrates his deep knowledge and abilities in this forum.  He is clearly the legal scholar in the room.  Decide for yourself…Watch below:

New American Article On Paul Nehlen, Challenger to Speaker Paul Ryan

Below is an article on Paul Nehlen written by the New American Magazine, a publication of the John Birch Society, that is worth your reading. Standing on Constitution, Businessman Aims to Depose Paul Ryan If you have been paying attention, many in the so-called “conservative” media have come out against Paul Nehlen, trying to take him down.  We have consistently said that the Rock River Patriots do not endorse candidates, but we will call candidates out when they don’t live up to their promises. Isn’t it funny how many of these “conservative” voices, who claim to be independent and non-establishment, are once again acting as lap dogs and doing the bidding of the big government Republicans?  They tout Paul Ryan’s conservative credentials, yet fail to mention he supported TARP, the bank bailouts, the Patriot  Act, and budgets that are anything but fiscally responsible.  Paul Ryan is credited as being this “budget architect” proposing budget plans that “really cut spending” over a 10 – 20 year window.  Paul Ryan is laughing at his naive supporters, knowing full well that future Congresses will not be held to his budget proposals. Just remember…Don’t trust something at face value just because you hear it…

Donald Trump is the presumptive Republican nominee for President of the United States?

Donald Trump is the presumptive Republican nominee for President of the United States?  The GOP’s chickens have come home to roost. It is definitely an interesting time when we see that Donald Trump is the presumptive Republican nominee for President of the United States.  Many “so-called conservative” pundits are now continuing with the Never Trump mantra. It’s important to examine how and why this has happened.  The two big government parties have no one to blame but themselves. TEA Party conservatives, libertarians, and constitutionalists already know that the Progressives are really just big government loving socialists and communists. There is little explanation that needs to be said here about the Democratic Party. Most understand that the Democratic Party is run by radical leftists with an ideology that is anathema to our Constitutional Republic.  They really don’t figure into the Trump equation. Many conservatives and libertarians in the Tea Party / Patriot movement got involved because they were angry with the status quo of the Republican Party. They worked hard to get Republicans elected who claimed conservative credentials. However, throughout the Bush Administration and the Obama Administration, the so-called conservatives behaved like there was nothing they could do and sold out…
