I think the video speaks for itself…Funny they have to let kids out of school to get enough protesters.  Now that’s Astroturf! [youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cufj2d8Co5A] Here is one of the more comical signs we saw in Madison today in the capitol building.  The protester holding this sign was an active participant in the protest.  I think he may have smoked his pipe a little early and thought this was a legalization rally!

The Rock River Patriots have the pleasure of welcoming Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David Prosser at our meeting this Friday February 11th.  Justice Prosser is running for re-election for the Wisconsin State Supreme Court, and the only judicial conservative in the race (in my opinion).  Justice Prosser will speak about his campaign and judicial philosophy at this meeting.  For more information about Justice Prosser, please visit his web site at: www.justiceprosser.com Our meeting will be held at Kendall Packaging in Jefferson at 6pm.  Kendall Packaging is located at 707 N. Parkway Street in Jefferson. Rep. Evan Wynn and Rep. Steve Nass will also be present to talk about their respective agendas, and about what is happening currently in Madison. The Rock River Patriots will be having a meeting at 6pm this Friday, February 11th, in Jefferson at Kendall Packaging. Kendall Packaging is located at 707 N. Parkway Street. At this meeting we will discuss current issues and events. We will hear from Rep. Steven Nass about his legislative agenda for the upcoming session, and discuss our goals as well. The Rock River Patriots will be having a meeting in Jefferson at Kendall Packaging this Friday January 14th at 6:00pm.  Kendall Packaging is located at 707 N. Parkway Street. At this meeting we will discuss current news and events.  The majority of the meeting will focus on understanding the Wisconsin Legislative Process.  We will be guided through this process by Marv Munyon – Founder and President of Wisconsin Capitol Watch.  Mr. Munyon has a vast amount of knowledge and experience working in Madison with legislators.  This is important information to understand as we begin to push forward with our legislative agenda. The Rock River Patriots will be having a meeting Friday December 10th in Jefferson at 6:00pm in the conference room at Kendall Packaging.  Kendall Packaging is located at 707 N. Parkway Street. This will be our only meeting in December, so you don’t want to miss it.  At this meeting will discuss current issues / events and we will welcome back two very knowledgeable friends to teach us how to be effective “citizen lobbyists.” Hope to see you all there!

Parkway Street.  At the meeting, we will discuss the election results, the  Legislative Agenda for the Wisconsin Patriot Coalition to push forward this upcoming session, and we will discuss current events / issues of importance.   We will also welcome newly elected 43rd Assembly District Representative Evan Wynn to discuss the upcoming legislative session.  This will be our only meeting in November, and should not be missed.  Hope to see you there!
