IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT YOU VOTE ON APRIL 4TH, 2023 FOR WI SUPREME COURT.  FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE HEARD DANIEL KELLY SPEAK AT A RECENT MEETING OR ANOTHER EVENT, YOU KNOW HE IS THE REAL DEAL.  FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT, THERE IS PLENTY OF FOOTAGE OF HIM ONLINE.  THERE IS REALLY NO COMPARISON BETWEEN HIM AND JANET.  DANIEL KELLEY IS NEEDED BACK ON THE WI SUPREME COURT. THERE ARE ALSO AMENDMENTS RELATED TO BAIL ON THE BALLOT.  CURRENTLY, THE ONLY CONSIDERATION JUDGES CAN USE IN SETTING BAIL IS THE LIKELIHOOD THAT  THE DEFENDANT WILL APPEAR FOR FUTURE COURT APPEARANCES.  MANY REPEAT OFFENDERS ARE CONTINUALLY RELEASED BECAUSE OF THIS POLICY.  THE BAIL AMENDMENTS SEEK TO CHANGE THAT BY ALLOWING JUDGES TO LOOK AT MANY FACTORS TO DETERMINE BAIL FOR A DEFENDANT.  THESE ARE NEEDED AMENDMENTS. FINALLY, IN A TIME OF MASSIVE INFLATION, SCHOOL DISTRICTS DON’T NEED MORE MONEY.  VOTE DOWN ANY SCHOOL DISTRICT REFERENDUMS SEEKING TO COVER INCREASED SPENDING.  

February 21st is the Spring Primary.  It is important that you get out and vote in the WI Supreme Court Primary.  Only two candidates are judicially conservative…Justice Dan Kelly and Judge Jennifer Dorow.  If you’re not sure which to vote for, watch the candidate forum in the post below.  There really is only one choice for constitutional conservatives and libertarian minded folks.

This is a must watch Candidate Forum hosted by wispolitics.com which gives a good overall view of the candidates.  The two liberal candidates, Judge Janet Protasiewicz and Judge Everett Mitchell, can be fast forwarded thru if you are short on time. In our view, for the conservative side of the aisle, and any pro freedom minded person, it really shows the difference between former Justice Dan Kelley, and Judge Jennifer Dorow.  Jennifer is no doubt a very nice person.  The Patriots had an opportunity to meet and speak with her last month at our meeting.  However, as this debate shows, she is not ready for the big leagues.  Much of her responses, if not all, were read from a binder sitting on the table in front of her.  Dan Kelly, however, demonstrates his deep knowledge and abilities in this forum.  He is clearly the legal scholar in the room.  Decide for yourself…Watch below:

For those of you not paying attention, Judge Michael Screnock lost the Wisconsin Supreme Court election to Rebecca Dallet, a radical leftist. So who is really to blame? Of course the Republicans will whine about how much money was spent by the other side, and how they were out spent. While that may be true, it’s always the case. The conservative base was energized in the past by the Republican Party actually standing for something, fighting for their beliefs, and doing what they said. But what did we have this legislative session? Idiot Republicans proposing tax increases and toll roads. Idiot Republicans content with having power, and not doing anything with the power. Idiot Republicans obstructing good legislation from being passed. I don’t know how long we have to hear about them being worried about the next election cycle, afraid to do anything for fear of future losses. The reality is they ensure their future loss when they don’t continue fighting and passing legislation to undo all of the liberal democratic policies. At our last meeting, we had the pleasure of hearing from WI Supreme Court Justice Rebecca Bradley, Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge Randy Koschnick, and Paul Nehlen a primary challenger to Paul Ryan’s Congressional Seat.  We would like to extend a special thanks to our guests!
