The Unconstitutional health care bill will likely be voted on by Christmas.  Here is the story from the LA Times: Senate Democrats get 60 votes to move healthcare bill along If this bill passes, it is time for all the conservatives groups to bring forward a class action law suit against this bill because it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!! Furthermore, the time is now for States to assert their 10th Amendment Sovereignty! Take a look at this report from WorldNet Daily and the associated video.  It shows a jihad training camp in New York. Our thoughts and prayers go out the the families of off duty Town of Oconomowoc Officer Jennifer Luick and boyfriend Gregg Peters.   Both were shot and killed outside of The Rock Bottom Bar and Grill in Jefferson early Sunday morning.  Here is the link to the story: Off Duty Officer Killed in Jefferson Shooting. The suspect, Andrew Wirth, was apprehended a short time later by Fort Atkinson Police in cooperation with the Jefferson Police and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.  We thank all of the officers involved for your courage and effort in catching the suspected shooter.

This is from a NRA Alert…MORE ANTI-GUN LEGISLATION! Wisconsin: “Micro-stamping” and “Lost or Stolen” Legislation To Be Heard in Committee next Week! Please Contact the Committee Members! On Tuesday, December 1 at 11:00 A.M., the Wisconsin State Senate Judiciary Committee will consider two anti-gun bills, Senate Bill 174 and Senate Bill 367.  Both of these bills would infringe on rights of law-abiding gun owners and have no impact on crime. SB 174 would require micro-stamping technology on all newly manufactured handguns sold in Wisconsin.  If passed, the bill would require newly sold handguns to micro-stamp a unique code onto the cartridge case upon firing.  This unproven technology will increase the cost of firearms, potentially putting them out of reach to some consumers. However, since no manufacturer currently sell a firearm capable of micro-stamping a cartridge case, it will effectively ban new handguns in Wisconsin. In addition, criminals could easily remove the microscopic codes from the firearm using using any number of commonly-owned household tools.  This dangerous legislation needs to be defeated. SB 367 would require gun-owners to report lost or stolen firearms within a 48-hour period or face fines and possible imprisonment. If passed, this legislation could turn law-abiding gun owners –who have already been victimized by theft–into criminals  for failing to report the loss of theft of a firearm within the…

The Dane County Board recently created a Regional Transit Authority (RTA) for the purpose of creating and operating a commuter rail line.  The arguments against this creation were obvious, but they did it anyway.  The Wisconsin 9/12 group and We The People Of The Republic were out in force trying to stop it, but the Dane County Board didn’t care. So what is the big deal?  This only will affect Dane County right?  Wrong!!!  The RTA will now seek to have other counties who “use” the rail lines included in the RTA, and be on the hook for a part of the cost.  That means another NEW TAX on all of us!  Tell all of your County Board Supervisors we do not want to be part of any RTA. On top of that sickening news, the feds are seeking to pass new laws for “safety oversight” of subways and light rail lines.  As with the rest of things done by the Federal Gov’t, now be prepared to see more bureaucracy, more mandates, more spending, and more waste.  Here is the link to the story:  Federal oversight of subways proposed

With the passage of the terrible health care bill by Congress, the time to stop the over-reaching Federal Government is now!  States need to assert their 10th Amendment rights.  Here is a great article from the Campaign for Liberty’s website: Gun Rights and States Rights I hope all State governments have the courage to do what is right.  It may mean deep spending cuts and the elimination of non-essential programs, but it will benefit everyone in the future.  

“Comrade” Obama will be in Madison at J.C. Wright Middle School in Madison (1717 Fish Hatchery Road, Madison, WI 53713) on November 4th to talk about indoctrinating…oops…I mean “educating” our kids.  No times have been listed as of yet. What is interesting is that this visit is closed to the public.  Only invited guests will be allowed in.  So much for transparency.  We can only hope that at least some of the parents voice their displeasure.  This is another example of their propaganda machine using “the children”. The States can stop the out of control Federal Government by reasserting their 10th Amendment rights!  It seems the elected officials in Washington D.C. are still not listening to us after all the TEA Parties and the 9/12 March. What if the States stopped sending any money to the Feds for all the unconstitutional programs that exist and instead handled the problems on a state and local level?  That is how the people can take back our government.  The States need to assert their 10th Amendment rights.
