Targeted by the IRS

As many of you know, the Rock River Patriots have been one of the Patriot / TEA Party groups that have been targeted by the IRS while pursuing tax exempt status.  Because of what we believe are criminal actions by this Federal agency, we have withdrawn our application after being asked to produce substantially more information and documentation more than a year after submitting our application.  We had neither the time or ability to produce the vast amount of information requested. Rock River Patriots Meeting Friday July 12th

The Rock River Patriots will be having a meeting this Friday July 12th at 6:00pm in Fort Atkinson at the Dwight Foster Library located at 209 Merchants Avenue. At this meeting, we will discuss current events and initiatives.  Media Trackers will be back to provide us with a presentation on effective research techniques. Hope to see you all there!

Rock River Patriots Meeting This Friday June 14th

The Rock River Patriots will be having a meeting this Friday June 14th at 6:00pm in Fort Atkinson at the Dwight Foster Library.  The Dwight Foster Library is located at 209 Merchants Avenue in Fort Atkinson. At this meeting, we will receive an update on the WI budget process from Rep. Steve Nass.  We will also discuss the recent “Big Brother Government Spying” revelations that have come to light and hear the story of one whistle-blower on this issue. The RRP have continually spoke out against the Patriot Act and the Federal Gov’t spying on American citizens without a warrant.  In light of all the recent scandals and abuses of power, why would we trust them to do the right thing.  Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.  Instead, we need to bind the government down by the chains of the Constitution”, as one of our Founding Fathers had said.  The government’s primary function is to protect our freedom and keep us free, not to provide “cradle to the grave” security.  When government keeps us free and protects our liberty, we are made safer.  However, when government assumes ultimate power and authority in order to protect us, they will ultimately…

The Rock River Patriots will be having a meeting in Fort Atkinson at the Dwight Foster Library at 6:00 pm on Friday May 10th.  The library is located at 209 Merchants Avenue in Fort Atkinson. Rock River Patriots Meeting this Friday April 12th

We would like to welcome everyone to our next meeting at the Library in Fort Atkinson. The address is 209 Merchants Ave, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538. At Friday nights meeting we have a special guest speaker who many of you may already know. We would like to welcome Loren Spivack “The Free Market Warrior” was born and raised in Massachusetts and spent most of his adult life in New York City. Before becoming active in politics, Spivack worked for several non-profits and as a management consultant for both profit and non-profit companies. Spivack founded “Free Market Warrior” in 2009 in an effort to make a positive difference in American politics and economics. He was expelled from Concord Mills Mall in North Carolina in July of 2009 for selling material critical of the Obama Administration.  (Mall owners, Simon Property Group, are major Democratic donors.) Since then Loren has devoted his time to teaching conservative groups about free market economics. He conducts “Economic Literacy” seminars across the United States. So far, Spivack has delivered his famous seminar on “Economic Literacy” to almost 200 groups in 17 states. Spivack is also the author of the recently published “The New Democrat” a parody history…

Rock River Patriots Meeting This Friday February 8th

The Rock River Patriots will be having a meeting this Friday February 8th at 6pm in Fort Atkinson at the Dwight Foster Library.  The Dwight Foster Library is located at 209 Merchants Avenue in Fort Atkinson. At this meeting we will discuss current events, initiatives, and more.  We now have another presentation on DVD on “The UN Agenda 21 and the Fundamental Transformation of America”.  Some who have attended our meetings have heard this presentation.  It is definitely worth sharing with your friends and neighbors.
