Precious Life v. Hospital COVID Protocol
“Precious Life v. Hospital Covid Protocol” by Dominique Uhl There was no need for an ambulance. No life flight. John Zingsheim walked into a Wisconsin Hospital in the Aurora Health Care system, and tested positive for Covid. Within ten minutes, the doctor told him, “Mr. Zingsheim, you’re going to die,” and placed him into the Medicare/Medicaid (CMS) hospital Covid protocol (aka “NIH protocol”). It would not be the last time they spoke death over John. Whether the verbalizations were intended to be a goal, I know not. But this I do know: they did give John unproven Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) drugs baricitinib (which causes blood clots and Sepsis) and remdesivir (which is toxic to the liver and kidneys according to the National Institute of Health [NIH]). They refused to give him life-saving high-dose intravenous Vitamin C and ivermectin. Indeed, under their care, his kidneys did fail. He did have to be placed on dialysis. He experienced Sepsis numerous times. He had multiple punctures in his left lung. He had countless blood transfusions. He was dying on the Ventilator. The drugs they gave him did their thing. The hospital sent a hospice team to each family…
This past week the WI Supreme Court invalidated Gov. Evers’ Emergency Order 28 – Safer At Home. You can read more here: Wisconsin Supreme Court Says the State’s COVID-19 Lockdown Violated the Rule of Law and the Separation of Powers The Wisconsin Supreme Court invalidated the order in this ruling: WI Legislature vs Andrea Palm This ruling is technical in some aspects, but worth reading. What deserves commentary in this case is the concurring opinions by Justice Rebecca Bradley and Justice Daniel Kelly, and the dissent by Justice Brian Hagedorn. Justices R. Bradley and Kelly, deal with the broad unconstitutionality of such an order. We believe they are spot on. We are saddened that the Republican Party didn’t do all it could to get the law abiding, conservatives, and church going public out to vote and re-elect Justice Dan Kelly. What a difference his vote has made in this case, and why these elections matter. Now we come to Justice Brian Hagedorn, and his dissent. We know many of the RRP have met Justice Hagedorn when he was running for the WI Supreme Court. He is a good person, who we thought held much of the same philosophical beliefs as…
Don’t forget to vote tomorrow! If you have not already done so, look at the candidates. The WI Supreme Court election is an important one. Do you want an activist judge or a judicial conservative? The WI constitutional amendment seeking to allow WI Supreme Court justices to elect their Chief Justice only makes sense and deserves a “yes” vote. Many school board, town, and municipal races are on the ballot. It is your duty to learn about the candidates. Do they support Common Core, radical environmentalism, tax increases, or growing government? If they do, you should be voting for someone else.
Justice Prosser – “I want to protect people from the government”
Justice Prosser is the only judicial conservative in the WI Supreme Court Race and the only candidate with judicial experience. His opponent, Joann Kloppenburg, is a judicial activist who has never even been a judge! There is a reason the unions are fighting as hard as possible to get her elected. They expect her and the other activists on the court to find a way to undue what the Governor and Legislature have done. The liberals lost big at the ballot box in November, so their only refuge is the courts. It is shameful, but it is the liberal way. Here is a recent clip of Justice Prosser.
