With the frivolous indictment of former President Donald Trump, we see just how far the main stream media will go to run cover for the Biden administration. Many legal analyst have already stated Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg is basically making up a crime to indict Donald Trump. The main stream media has no problem, playing along with this nonsense. The WI Supreme Court election is another example.  The media ran cover for Judge Janet Protasiewicz who has been accused of calling black defendants the “N” word and past abuse of her former husband.  There was a virtual media blackout of this story. Long ago talk radio host Michael Savage stated on the Savage Nation program that the fourth estate has become the fifth column. It is more clearer today than ever before.  Our government is obviously a government out of control, and the media is running cover for the government. Where do we get this phrase fourth estate? The fourth estate is another name for the media, which is supposed to provide another check and balance on the three branches of government. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT YOU VOTE ON APRIL 4TH, 2023 FOR WI SUPREME COURT.  FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE HEARD DANIEL KELLY SPEAK AT A RECENT MEETING OR ANOTHER EVENT, YOU KNOW HE IS THE REAL DEAL.  FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT, THERE IS PLENTY OF FOOTAGE OF HIM ONLINE.  THERE IS REALLY NO COMPARISON BETWEEN HIM AND JANET.  DANIEL KELLEY IS NEEDED BACK ON THE WI SUPREME COURT. THERE ARE ALSO AMENDMENTS RELATED TO BAIL ON THE BALLOT.  CURRENTLY, THE ONLY CONSIDERATION JUDGES CAN USE IN SETTING BAIL IS THE LIKELIHOOD THAT  THE DEFENDANT WILL APPEAR FOR FUTURE COURT APPEARANCES.  MANY REPEAT OFFENDERS ARE CONTINUALLY RELEASED BECAUSE OF THIS POLICY.  THE BAIL AMENDMENTS SEEK TO CHANGE THAT BY ALLOWING JUDGES TO LOOK AT MANY FACTORS TO DETERMINE BAIL FOR A DEFENDANT.  THESE ARE NEEDED AMENDMENTS. FINALLY, IN A TIME OF MASSIVE INFLATION, SCHOOL DISTRICTS DON’T NEED MORE MONEY.  VOTE DOWN ANY SCHOOL DISTRICT REFERENDUMS SEEKING TO COVER INCREASED SPENDING.  

February 21st is the Spring Primary.  It is important that you get out and vote in the WI Supreme Court Primary.  Only two candidates are judicially conservative…Justice Dan Kelly and Judge Jennifer Dorow.  If you’re not sure which to vote for, watch the candidate forum in the post below.  There really is only one choice for constitutional conservatives and libertarian minded folks.

This is a must watch Candidate Forum hosted by wispolitics.com which gives a good overall view of the candidates.  The two liberal candidates, Judge Janet Protasiewicz and Judge Everett Mitchell, can be fast forwarded thru if you are short on time. In our view, for the conservative side of the aisle, and any pro freedom minded person, it really shows the difference between former Justice Dan Kelley, and Judge Jennifer Dorow.  Jennifer is no doubt a very nice person.  The Patriots had an opportunity to meet and speak with her last month at our meeting.  However, as this debate shows, she is not ready for the big leagues.  Much of her responses, if not all, were read from a binder sitting on the table in front of her.  Dan Kelly, however, demonstrates his deep knowledge and abilities in this forum.  He is clearly the legal scholar in the room.  Decide for yourself…Watch below:

The Rock River Patriots will be meeting this Friday evening February 10th at 6 PM at 1401 North High Street in Fort Atkinson. We will have two candidates running for two different offices making a presentation at our meeting. Representative Janel Brandtjen is one of four candidates running for the vacant 8th district seat in the State Senate. Daniel Kelly is one of four candidates running for the Wisconsin State Supreme Court. These are both very important upcoming elections. Both candidates are involved in a primary election scheduled for February 21st. Plan to attend this meeting and hear from these candidates so you will be prepared to cast your vote February 21st. The winners in the February 21st primary election will face off in the General Election April 4th.

This past week the WI Supreme Court invalidated Gov. Evers’ Emergency Order 28 – Safer At Home. You can read more here: Wisconsin Supreme Court Says the State’s COVID-19 Lockdown Violated the Rule of Law and the Separation of Powers The Wisconsin Supreme Court invalidated the order in this ruling: WI Legislature vs Andrea Palm This ruling is technical in some aspects, but worth reading.  What deserves commentary in this case is the concurring opinions by Justice Rebecca Bradley and Justice Daniel Kelly, and the dissent by Justice Brian Hagedorn. Justices R. Bradley and Kelly, deal with the broad unconstitutionality of such an order.  We believe they are spot on.  We are saddened that the Republican Party didn’t do all it could to get the law abiding, conservatives, and church going public out to vote and re-elect Justice Dan Kelly.  What a difference his vote has made in this case, and why these elections matter. Now we come to Justice Brian Hagedorn, and his dissent.  We know many of the RRP have met Justice Hagedorn when he was running for the WI Supreme Court.  He is a good person, who we thought held much of the same philosophical beliefs as…
