JoAnn Miller of Jefferson, who is challenging former Jefferson County District Attorney David Wambach for an open seat on the court, signed the recall petition against Governor Walker on December 7, 2011 according to records listed on PutWisconsinFirst.com. She used the address of 1157 Hillebrand Drive in Jefferson, which exactly matches the address listed on candidate registration records provided by the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board.
