It was an opportunity for many of our group to see where Mark stands on the issues and hear our concerns. There will be NO meeting on Friday February 10th (Our next meeting will be on Friday February 24th). Instead, we will be preparing for the presentations by G. Sheriff Richard Mac will be coming back to Wisconsin for an event in Loganville, WI (Baraboo Area) on February 15th put on by advocates for “food freedom”. The Raw Milk debate is an important step for personal freedom as well. The argument is simple: As long as I do not harm anyone else, I should be able to consume the foods I choose to. It is my personal responsibility to understand the possible risks associated with consuming certain foods. How can anyone argue with that?

GOP candidate Mark Neumann’s company Neumann Solar Leasing received about $81,000 in grants last year. But Neumann said Friday that company and another one, MN Solar Leasing, had gotten even more in stimulus grants and other tax credits.
The U.S. Treasury Department confirmed Friday that MN Solar Leasing got nearly $418,000 in stimulus grants. Additionally, Neumann said the two companies collectively have received another $250,000 in income tax credits under the Bush tax credits.
