They made the mistake of suing two of their critics, Martin Mawyer and Patti Peirucci, for statements made in their book about the MOA titled, “Twilight in America.” Although the judge dismissed the lawsuit as baseless last week, some interesting information came out depositions conducted as part of the proceedings. The depositions revealed that MOA has a previously unknown property outside of Anchorage, Alaska.
